Analyst
- Farm Credit of Central Florida is seeking a highly
motivated individual with good analytical skills to join its
AgriBusiness Lending Group in Lakeland. Successful
candidate will be responsible for preparing analyses,
conducting credit investigations, preparing loan
recommendations, and recommending appropriate loan
structures for the Association’s Commercial Mid-Market line
of business. This individual will also be responsible for
assisting relationship managers with risk management of
assigned portfolios and providing market research and
statistical analyses.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in finance, accounting
or economics required. Good understanding of GAAP accounting
and cash flow analysis. Good written and oral communication
skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
with relationship managers, legal support staff and

Relationship Manager – Apopka (Orlando) FL –

Responsible for managing large complex
commercial agribusiness relationships. The successful
candidate must have a proven track record in business
development and a true understanding of managing lending
relationships. Must possess outstanding interpersonal,
communication, and organizational skills. Should have a
minimum of 3-5 years lending experience, be team-oriented
and highly motivated. Requires a B.S. in business,
accounting; or economics. MBA a plus. Grade and salary

Lending agribusiness lender seeks a qualified Paralegal/Loan
Closing Specialist to assist a team of commercial and
corporate lending officers servicing 13 central Florida
counties from our Lakeland office. Key responsibilities
include: Completion of legal documents. Assisting loan
officers in meeting loan closing requirements. Minimum
qualifications include: Associate paralegal degree or
equivalent experience. Strong computer and communication
